No Show and Cancellation Policy
24 hour (1 full calendar day) notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment to avoid
any cancellation fees.
*No call, No show- 100% of service cost       *Same day cancel- 50% of service cost


Late Policy
You are considered late if you are 15 behind your appointment time, whether or not you have alerted RBB by text or not, depending on the length of your appointment we may not have time to finish your service with the quality it deserves. You will be required to reschedule your appointment if it will interfere with any other appointments.


Microblading Deposits
Microblading appointments will require a $100 non refundable deposit that will be taken off of your service total. This can be paid through Venmo or an invoice will be sent to you through Square, it is due immediately upon receipt.

If you reschedule or choose to cancel your Microblading appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will automatically forfeit your deposit. In this case, an additional deposit will be required to rebook.

Why are your No Show,  Late, and Cancellation policies so strict?
There are always good reasons why you can’t make your appointment. All I need is a text from you. There was a trend of people simply not showing up to their appointments with no notice. Since we are appointment only and usually have a wait list, this appointment time could go to another client if proper protocol is followed.

*All services will require a credit card to hold the appointment.
